Overview of Pediatric Pelvic Care

Our Pediatric Pelvic Care program at Savannah Pelvic Health and Wellness LLC focuses on exercises that activate, release, and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are essential for effective bladder and bowel control. Through our specialized approach, we help your child understand how to recognize and properly engage these muscles when they feel the urge to use the restroom.

How Does It Work?

Therapy sessions include child-friendly, interactive activities that make the process comfortable and engaging. By focusing on muscle activation, control, and relaxation, we help reduce the stress and embarrassment often associated with incontinence.

Success Stories & Testimonials

If I could give Jasmine 10 stars, I truly would. Jasmine is one of the people I owe a huge thank you to for helping me along my journey of having a vba3c. The pelvic therapy was a huge factor in me successfully giving birth to my baby girl. She made sure she listened to my concerns and she made sure that I was well prepared for birthing my baby. She is absolutely wonderful and has an amazing spirit!

Very impressed with Dr. Jasmine Polk. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and encouraging. I am hopeful to make the progress I need to after having the birth of my son.

Jenna Daugherty

Dr. Polk is an amazing therapist who incorporates an array of manual therapy techniques to help you heal your pelvic floor issues & get you back to its prior functions. If you’re pregnant and are in pain you NEED to see her ASAP. I went to her twice during my recent pregnancy. My last visit with her I was in so much pain and wasn’t due for another week. I could tell my belly dropped and I wasn’t in excruciating pain after seeing her. I went into labor the next day & birthed my baby two days after I saw her. All in all, a perfectly positive experience with Dr. Polk. 10/10 recommend!
