Massage therapy offers more than just stress relief—it plays an essential role in reducing pain, restoring movement, and supporting long-term health. Many clients experience improvements in:
Pain Relief
Our massage therapists use techniques such as deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point work to target muscle tension and chronic pain. Massage can help alleviate:
- Back, neck, and shoulder pain
- Sciatica and nerve irritation
- TMJ dysfunction
- Sports injuries and muscle strains
- Fibromyalgia-related discomfort
By promoting circulation and reducing muscle tension, massage therapy supports your body’s natural healing process and long-term pain relief.
Stress Reduction
Massage therapy helps activate the body’s relaxation response, lowering stress hormones like cortisol and promoting a sense of calm. Many clients leave feeling both recharged and re-centered, making regular massage a powerful tool for managing stress and mental well-being.
Improved Circulation
Enhanced blood flow delivers oxygen and nutrients to muscles while flushing out waste products. This supports faster recovery, boosts energy levels, and improves overall vitality.
Increased Flexibility and Mobility
Massage therapy reduces muscle tightness and improves connective tissue flexibility, helping restore mobility and prevent injuries. This is especially beneficial for:
- Athletes improving performance
- Post-surgery recovery
- Seniors maintaining independence and mobility
By enhancing range of motion and flexibility, massage helps support lifelong physical health.

Success Stories & Testimonials

If I could give Jasmine 10 stars, I truly would. Jasmine is one of the people I owe a huge thank you to for helping me along my journey of having a vba3c. The pelvic therapy was a huge factor in me successfully giving birth to my baby girl. She made sure she listened to my concerns and she made sure that I was well prepared for birthing my baby. She is absolutely wonderful and has an amazing spirit!

Very impressed with Dr. Jasmine Polk. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and encouraging. I am hopeful to make the progress I need to after having the birth of my son.
Jenna Daugherty

Dr. Polk is an amazing therapist who incorporates an array of manual therapy techniques to help you heal your pelvic floor issues & get you back to its prior functions. If you’re pregnant and are in pain you NEED to see her ASAP. I went to her twice during my recent pregnancy. My last visit with her I was in so much pain and wasn’t due for another week. I could tell my belly dropped and I wasn’t in excruciating pain after seeing her. I went into labor the next day & birthed my baby two days after I saw her. All in all, a perfectly positive experience with Dr. Polk. 10/10 recommend!
